What this policy covers
This policy applies to wildcaretrust.org and WildCare Trust admin tools. It covers visits, crypto donations, and donation-receipt requests for wildlife rescue and conservation.
Information we collect
Receipt claims store name, email, optional note, transaction ID, asset, network, and destination wallet. Servers keep standard access logs (IP, user agent, path, time) for security and aggregate visit reporting. We never request seed phrases or bank cards.
How we use information
Receipt details let us email a tracking code. Logs protect admin routes and show which wildlife pages are used. We do not sell supporter lists.
On-chain data
Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Tron transfers are public. WildCare Trust cannot hide a confirmed transaction. Donate only what you accept seeing on an explorer.
Cookies and accounts
Public pages do not require an account. Admin login uses session cookies. Locale is selected in the URL.
